1. Acceptance

By creating an account, browsing CEFA pages, or enrolling in a cohort, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. Student accounts are intended for individual learners. Administrators may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse academy resources.

3. Programs, Payments & Enrollment

Cohort fees, schedules, and seating are described on each program page. Payments are processed through Paystack. Successful payment grants access to enrolled cohort materials according to CEFA policies. Pending or failed payments do not unlock restricted resources.

4. Learning Materials

Courseware, videos, templates, and other resources remain CEFA property or that of our licensors. You may use them for personal learning related to your enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing is prohibited.

5. Certificates & Verification

Certificates are issued at CEFA’s discretion after program requirements and paid enrollment are confirmed. Public verification confirms authenticity of issued credentials; it does not constitute an employment guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, upload malware, scrape private data, forge certificates, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

CEFA provides the platform and programs on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEFA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, enrollment decisions, or third-party hiring outcomes.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
